Risk Assessment
As part of our governing policy, accountability and money management, the Integrated Help and Opportunties for Peaceful Existence-iHOPE incorporated plans to assess risks through daily communication, both written and verbal. iHOPE shall work in collaboration with other organisation to assess risk as follows:
- iHOPE’s representatives (will collect information daily and securely transmit it to CEO office in Australia)
- Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)
- United Nation Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS)
- iHOPE’s visiting offial/s from Australia (every 4 months)
- C3 Church in Uganda and is also planning to build a church in Juba, South Sudan
- Other foriegn NGOs on ground in South Sudan and Kenya, including World vision, SCF, ICRC among others
- Locals including relatives and guardians of iHOPE sponsored children.
- iHOPE does not rely on local staff to recruit children for scholarships
